Lead Mobile Developer

As a seasoned developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reusable React Native applications. You will also build and integrate custom plugins and components for React Native applications.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise or large-scale projects, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge mobile applications that impact thousands of users.Required Skills:Strong proficiency in React Native, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript - 6+ yearsHands-on experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, or MobX).Deep understanding of React Native components, lifecycle methods, hooks, and performance optimization techniques.Ability to write native modules and integrate with native platforms (iOS/Android).Experience building custom plugins and publishing NPM packages.Solid knowledge of building enterprise-level scalable applications.Familiarity with integrating third-party libraries, tools, and APIs.Nice to Have Qualifications:Experience working on 3-4 enterprise or large-scale projects.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for React Native projects.Knowledge of version control tools (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket/Gitlab).Exposure to performance monitoring and debugging tools like Flipper.Understanding of agile methodologies and development practices.Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Additionally, you will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using TypeScript and JavaScript. The successful candidate will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to maintain performance and quality.
