Job Description

  • Working on outbound campaigns for North America (US & Canada) geography generating business leads & opportunities for Iris’ services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, account managers, client partners & respective stakeholders for campaigns executions
  • Generate leads through Cold Calling, Emailing, LinkedIn, Webinars, Events, etc.
  • Set-up conference calls, in-person meetings, demo etc.
  • Establish contacts with the decision makers (Managers, Directors, VP, CXO, etc.).
  • Maintain proper record of conversation with prospects & follow ups
  • Regularly update CRM regarding tasks & campaign related activities and reporting.
  • Deliver performance in line with agreed KRAs & KPIs.
  • LinkedIn / Twitter / Social Media networking and regularly sharing corporate posts
  • Strong relationship building with external prospects as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Should develop a sound knowledge of our IT services offerings & solutions.


Desired Profile

  • Candidate with excellent communication skills in English and great command on language
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Outbound Lead Generation / Demand Generation / Campaign Management / Business Development role for technology services & solutions in the US & Canada geography (no India market, no bidding portals, no staffing)
  • B2B calling etiquette with excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
  • Good at using social media – LI Sales Navigator, Recruiter, Twitter, FB etc.
  • Must have skills for overcoming objections and should have a healthy approach to handling rejection
  • Solid skills in all aspects of demand generation & basic research skills at a B2B level
  • Candidates with prior relevant experience in International IT Sales/IT Solutions Sales/Telesales in US market are preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT)
  • Results driven, self-motivated and great team player
