About the Role:This key position involves spearheading the development and implementation of advanced security solutions that leverage SIEM, SOAR, and machine learning technologies.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise SIEM Solutions: Design, implement, and manage centralized log analysis and real-time event monitoring systems utilizing Splunk.Cybersecurity Threat Detection: Develop and refine correlation rules, alerts, dashboards, and use cases to identify anomalous and malicious activity.Data Ingestion and Normalization: Lead data ingestion and normalization from diverse enterprise systems, including cloud workloads, endpoints, and network devices.SOAR Automation: Develop and maintain playbooks to automate incident detection, triage, response, and recovery processes.Workflow Optimization: Optimize SOAR workflows and integrations with security infrastructure to minimize Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Respond (MTTR).Machine Learning: Build and apply machine learning models to identify security anomalies, enrich event context, and predict potential threats.Collaboration: Collaborate with Security Operations Center (SOC), DevOps, IT, and business units to align security automation with business objectives.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing SIEM solutions, as well as developing and refining correlation rules and alerts.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Splunk, SIEM technologies, and machine learning frameworks, along with expertise in data ingestion, normalization, and SOAR automation.Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex security threats and develop effective solutions.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
