Job OverviewThis role focuses on developing and implementing custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE. As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for designing and configuring the platform, creating custom entities and plugins, and integrating it with enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) to meet business requirements.Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations to enhance user experience.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations to support business operations.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware.Power Platform Development:Design and develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse to provide innovative solutions.Develop enterprise-grade Power Automate flows (cloud flows, business process flows) to automate business processes.Implement Power Platform governance, solution-layered development, ALM pipelines, and environment strategy to ensure seamless integration and deployment.Optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, and column-level security for performance and stability.Technical Architecture & Design:Collaborate with Architects and Leads to participate in solution architecture and design.Create high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappings to ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.Required Skills & Experience:Core Technical Expertise:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.Strong development experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, and plugin development.Hands-on experience with Dataverse schema design & security, as well as solution layering and managed vs unmanaged solutions.Strong understanding of Solution Architecture and its importance in delivering successful projects.Power Platform Skills:Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud & BPF), and Power Platform ALM/Pipelines.Integration & Azure Skills:Knowledge of integrating D365 with Azure Services such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and Azure Functions.Familiarity with Azure AD, OAuth2, and application registrations.Professional Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder-interaction skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a distributed multi-vendor team, with a passion for learning new technologies and staying aligned with Microsoft's product roadmap.
