Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
· Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Utilize a variety of interview techniques and assessment tools to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
· Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Pipeline Development:
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Proactively network and engage with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand business objectives and workforce planning.
· Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
· Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Employer Branding:
· Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand to attract top talent.
· Participate in employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, and online presence.
Compliance and Documentation:
· Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in recruitment.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations in India.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
