Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Executive to act as the bridge between our organization and our valued clients. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, provide exceptional client support, and help drive business growth by maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of their queries.

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams (Creative Solutions, sales, production) to execute campaigns effectively and within deadlines.

Monitor campaign progress and deliver regular updates and performance reports to clients.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell network services and products based on client needs.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client-specific market movements.

Provide actionable insights to clients to enhance campaign performance.






Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Client-focused approach with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
