Rosti Group, a global plastics injection moulding company and contract manufacturer is pleased to announce that we are currently looking for the HR & Admin Executive who will be responsible for our new production plant in India. The new facility will be in Chennai, India and represents a significant step in the company’s strategic expansion in the dynamic Asian market.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment activities in line with our recruiting requests and plans
  • Oversee and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness internally and competitiveness externally.
  • Ensure the performance appraisal process is effectively managed
  • Maintenance HR systems and provide HR report
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and provide timely support to our team in India
  • Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Human Resources is preferred.
  • l At least three years’ hands on experience in the HR field, recruitment experience preferred.
  • l Cross-cultural awareness and good interpersonal skills.
