Design VisionaryThis is a pivotal role in shaping the design vision, quality, and execution of retail centers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail environments, customer experience, architectural detailing, and coordination with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.Main Responsibilities:1. Develop and refine the design vision for retail centers in alignment with overall business and brand strategy.2. Oversee design development from concept through schematic, design development, and construction drawings.3. Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, façade, landscape, and signage designs to ensure integration.4. Manage design deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality.5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, accessibility standards, sustainability benchmarks, and fire & life safety norms.Key Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (Master's preferred).* 12+ years of experience in retail, commercial, or mixed-use design with a strong portfolio of executed projects.* Proven expertise in design coordination, detailing, and execution within large-scale developments.* Strong knowledge of building codes, retail design standards, and tenant coordination processes.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to shape India's most premium high street retail destinations, working with top architects, designers, and retail brands.
