The Company administers its personnel policies, programs, and practices in a non-discriminatory manner in all aspects of the employment relationship, including recruitment, hiring, work assignment, promotion, transfer, termination, wage and salary administration, and selection for training.By applying to this job posting, you agree with and acknowledge our privacy policy.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Engineer/ Senior Engineer to join our team in Quality Department.This role will be responsible for :- Controlling of customer returns below the target levels specified.- Understanding customer requirements and implementation of same through control plans, inspection plans, work instructions, Visual displays.Main Responsibilities- Communication of customer requirements to operators and other relevant persons affecting quality and Production- Understanding customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementation and monitoring corrective and preventive actions- Communicating to customers about corrective, preventive actions and improvements- Initiating and conducting containment actions like segregation, rework at customer end in case of non-conformance reported at customer end.- Meeting customer specific requirements if any.- Ensuring all the process control equipment's are calibrated as per defined frequency- Monitoring and control of process parameters- Implementation and control of process parameters change identified for improvements- Disposition and control of nonconformance raised out of in-process- Driving and implementation of corrective and preventive actions- Implementation and monitoring of QMS activities in shopfloor- Conducting Process/Product audit- Process validation and revalidation- Authority to stop production if necessary to correct quality problems if any- Identification and implementation of CIP- Ensuring calibrated instruments are used for inspection and for process- Monitor and coordination of inspection activities on daily basis- Authorized to stop process/machines during the observation of abnormality conditions and Non conformances- Preferably Stamping and Molding process knowledge.- Knowledge of 8D/5Why to address NC's and RCAQualifications- BE in Mechanical Engineering- 8-10 Yrs of experience
