Job Summary:

The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety and efficiency standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing, process optimization, and team management to drive productivity and maintain quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and execute improvements in production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality specifications and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and labor to maximize productivity and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
  • Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate the production team to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in a production or manufacturing role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong production planning, quality management, process improvement, and team leadership skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations.
