Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to manage our day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliances, and maintain accurate books in Zoho Books.This role involves recording all sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Zoho Books and maintaining ledgers, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end accounting process, from journal entries to financial statement preparation.Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconcile GST ledgers, and handle GST input credit.Compute and deduct TDS, prepare TDS workings, and assist in TDS return filing and Form 16/16A.Support monthly closing, journal entries, and preparation of basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).Collaborate with auditors/consultants and maintain proper documentation for statutory compliance.Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Benefits:A competitive salary package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
