Job Title: Microsoft 365 SpecialistAbout This RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Microsoft 365 Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Office 365 environments, preparing transformation deliverables, and leading customer-facing engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Office 365 environments (Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive for Business)Prepare transformation deliverables (assessment summary, design documents, BOM, SOPs etc.)Lead customer-facing engineering teams to achieve business resultsProvide regular updates, troubleshoot deployment and migration issues for customersDevelop expertise in coding and executing PowerShell Scripts for automation and reporting purposesStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends related to UCC solutionsAware of ancillary solutions for Active Directory/Exchange such as monitoring tools, SIEM, Auditing & Reporting toolsStrong problem-solving skills from conceptualization to implementationBroad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architectureAbility to plan delivery models and resourcing structures for various technologiesManage digital user/system certificates for privacy, authentication, integrity and non-repudiationKnowledge on security definitions and solutions in the market for architecting solutionsFamiliarity with ITSM processEffective communication skillsAwareness of Disaster recovery plans including RTO and RPO for architectures along with BCPThis is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level and make a significant impact on our organization.
