In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel & Celesta Capital.Job Description:We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and driven individuals to join our design team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in 3D visualization, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. The role requires someone who can communicate effectively, work methodically, and meet deadlines with ease. If you have a strong passion for architecture and design, coupled with the ability to create stunning 3D models and visualizations, we’d love to hear from you.Roles and Responsibilities: ● Interpret architectural plans and design concepts to create accurate, visually appealing 3D models.● Develop realistic, immersive 3D visualizations of buildings, exteriors using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or D5 Render.● Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project visions and incorporate feedback into visualizations.● Produce high-quality still images and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and project development.● Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring the timely delivery of visualizations.● Stay current on industry trends, new software tools, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and techniques.● Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to achieve desired visual outcomes. ● Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects and styles.Required Qualifications: ● Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.● Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.● Core Competencies: Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.● Expertise in 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp and rendering tools like Vray, Lumion, D5 render.● A solid understanding of architectural principles and the ability to interpret blueprints and design concepts with precision.● Proficiency in texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.● A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality visualizations.Additional Attributes: ● Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technology.● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.● Demonstrated passion for design and continuous learning.
