The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food & beverage sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients in the HORECA and high end retail sector.Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.Activations & Sampling: Plan and execute sampling and brand activation strategies across outlets to increase visibility and conversion.Deal Negotiation: Lead deal discussions, pricing negotiations, and ensure favorable terms aligned with company goals.Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Market Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and sales performance.Requirements:Proven experience in B2B F&B sales, preferably in the HORECA and retail space.Strong negotiation, pitching, and communication skillsAbility to multitask, manage client relationships, and work independently.Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Perks:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to grow with a fast-scaling F&B brandDynamic, young, and collaborative work culture
