From building advanced eCommerce sites to running high-performance advertising campaigns, conversion analytics, and viral content strategies, the ConnectHub team is at the forefront of everything digital. Role Overview We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive & Digital Copywriter to join our media team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure across client servicing, content ideation, marketing operations, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients alongside the leadership team; manage day-to-day communication and follow-ups Support development of marketing copy for social media posts, digital ads, WhatsApp messages, and email campaigns Assist in brainstorming content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative briefs Help run and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns using simple tools and platforms Maintain and update MIS reports, track campaign deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met Collaborate with the design team to align copy and visuals Provide support in ad setup on platforms like Google and Meta (training provided after joining) Assist in basic design tasks using tools like Canva (training provided after joining) What We’re Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Creative thinking and interest in marketing, content, and client engagement Good organizational skills, with an eye for detail and follow-through Comfortable handling client communication professionally Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes Bonus: Any prior internship or exposure to marketing, social media, or content writing What You’ll Learn End-to-end client servicing across multiple industries Email and WhatsApp marketing campaign execution Marketing copywriting and creative collaboration Digital ad setup on Google Ads and Meta Ads Use of design tools like Canva for basic creative tasks Marketing operations, reporting, and project tracking Why Join Us Work closely with an experienced team and gain direct mentorship Build a versatile marketing skill set across content, client management, and campaign operations Collaborate on exciting brand projects and campaigns Grow in a positive, team-focused work environment Clear pathways for learning and career advancement How to Apply Please send your CV and a short note on why you’re interested in this role to hr@theconnecthub.com
