Job Title: Conference Sales and Relationship Manager About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing delegates from hotels and managing outbound campaigns to attract senior decision-makers.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delegate acquisition, conference sales, or event management, with strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure delegates from hotels through targeted sales outreach.Manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other channels to attract senior decision-makers.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets and KPIs.Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and key partners.Serve as the main point of contact for delegates, providing exceptional customer experience before and after events.Requirements:Proven experience in delegate acquisition, conference sales, or event management.Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.A goal-oriented and proactive approach to achieving targets.Background in hospitality, events, or B2B sales is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
