We seek skilled Full Stack Engineers (Backend Heavy) to propel our journey forward, encompassing mobile development, scalability, containerisation, and feature innovation.ResponsibilitiesBackend Development: Design, develop, and optimise scalable and secure backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and microservice architectures.Frontend Development: Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js to complement backend capabilities.Code Ownership: Write high-quality, maintainable code for both backend and frontend systems. Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold standards and best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.Technical Leadership: Mentor team members on development best practices, focusing on building efficient solutions.DevOps Integration: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate build and deployment processes. Support incident resolution and performance optimisation.Continuous Improvement: Advocate for best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies to ensure a high-quality product.
