Leadership Role: Underwriting Team LeadAs a trusted brand custodian and long-term partner to numerous leading brands, we offer solutions covering complete customer lifecycles across multiple industries.The team lead is responsible for supervising and leading a group of associates to meet all service level agreements relative to mortgage underwriting areas. This includes income calculation, 4C's, and underwriting processes. The team lead must be well-versed in underwriting procedures and have experience in supervising workflows and work queues.The responsibilities of the team lead include maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, coordinating activities with the manager, providing recommendations for strategies and process improvements, and coordinating with internal support teams.
