@GURUGRAM, CMO required for one of the Biggest Apparel Manufacturing Company in Asia with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.Exp: 30 - 36 yrs / openSalary; INR 1.50 - 1.77 Cr PA (nego) (+ Profit Sharing )Strengths in handling all the products ( Tops, bottoms, Outerwear / formal wear & casual wear / knits, woven, denims, sportswear, activewear, etc ) and categories is a must.Will be responsible to generate & develop business of approximately $ 200 million pa in a phased mannerProfessionals must have expertise in handling premium USA, UK & European brandsProfessionals must be working at / handling a similar role and must have strong sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, etc from various regionsProfessionals must have strengths in PD, costing, etc & the complete Supply Chain + strong business acumen.Professionals must be open to travel extensively to meet the buyers, make presentations, attend international fairs, etcProfessionals must also have strong design sensibility to be able to understand the requirements of the brands & in-turn work closely with the in-house Design & PD teams to develop new collection on regular basis.Overseas work experience will be an added advantage.Reporting to the MD / BoardPrefer Professionals with formal education in Fashion, textiles or other related fields from premium institutes.Should have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.Should have strong people and work management skills.Should be a Strong leader and a team player.Professionals with experience in Apparel / Clothing / Garment manufacturing Companies will only qualify for this position.( professionals with no experience in above mentioned are requested not to apply for this position )Profiles can be shared at CAREERMARK@motujji.com and JOBSatCAREERMARK@gmail.comShortlisted professionals will be called for detailed discussion.Gopaal Kr Saluja ( Ceo / Founder ) + 91 9342509554 (Pls msg if number not reachable)CAREERMARK6"TALENT search cell EXCLUSIVELY for the FASHION Industry WORLD Wide"
