Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our EdTech solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall strategy for expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and markets for our EdTech products and services.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients and negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the EdTech sector.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
