Use established procedures to assist in the deployment and maintenance of ADM Application Security used around the globe. Interface with the solution teams and business to provide recommendations of operational and technical solutions to enable the business and maintain the security posture to appropriate risk levels. Must display Enthusiasm and interest in Information Security and draw recommendations based on real world experience. Job Responsibilities:Building, deploying, and administering role-based security for SAP Applications.Segregation of duties mitigation for application related business functionsSAP Security Incident Management Process Management.Maintain security roles within on-premises and cloud SAP ApplicationsManage the credentials for all SAAS Applications integrated through Single Sign On. Continuously governing privileged access management processes.Collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk and Controls for application compliance.Configure and support Data Protection Requirements to meet policy and security framework requirements.Keep informed of emerging security solutions, capabilities and tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks related to access management.Interface within the broader Global Information Security function to help design and implement security improvements. Utilize strategic thinking skills to anticipate problems and identify long-term implications of decisions and actions. Job Requirements:4+ years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors Security, application security principles, role-based security approach, and identity management practices.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and administering complex application security. Strong security experience related to concepts of least privilege, risk management, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and access controls. Maintain and configure permission groups, permission roles, and RBP.Review and implement changes to user roles per business requirements.Conduct regular audits of user access and role permissions.Handle user provisioning and de-provisioning.Hands-on experience with modules like Employee Central, LMS, Payroll, Onboarding, Time, Compensation.Transport Management within the SuccessFactors Environment.Manage Admin accounts and facilitate the process interaction with SAP IASInteract with functional vendors to facilitate basic services related to EC Payroll.Monitor SFTP jobs for account creation in IAS/LMS Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members in a geographic and culturally diverse workforce. Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines.Occasional night or weekend work may be required to support critical needs.Occasional Travel may be required.Strong sense of professionalism and ethics.Desired Skills:Application security or role-based security experience or knowledge in SAP on-premises / Cloud applications like SAP S4HANA, FIORI, HANA DB, BODS, Coupa, CIS, SAP SAC, BTP or other SAP applicationsMicrosoft Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory Experience
