**Senior Application Security Test Engineer Role**We are seeking an experienced Application Security Specialist to join our team and drive the security of our applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, and vulnerability remediation.This role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of security into the CI/CD pipeline, identifying and eliminating false positives, and driving vulnerability remediation across multiple business applications.Implement and maintain SAST and SCA tools within the CI/CD pipeline for continuous code scanning.Analyze scan results, validate and triage false positives, and ensure accuracy of reported vulnerabilities.Collaborate with development teams to guide and support remediation of security vulnerabilities.Work with DevOps teams to automate security checks and streamline secure build and deployment processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive application security strategies to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure timely remediation of security issues.Perform regular security audits and provide recommendations for improvement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats and technologies to stay ahead of potential security risks.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in Application Security or DevSecOps domain.Strong understanding of SAST and SCA tools (e.g., Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube, Snyk, or similar).Proven ability to identify, analyze, and manage false positives effectively.Good understanding of Secure SDLC and CI/CD environments.
