Job OverviewAt the forefront of technological innovation, we're developing intelligent systems to safeguard healthcare environments and enhance operational efficiency.We seek a skilled IT Specialist to provide remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across diverse platforms and networks.Remotely address employees' technical problems with hardware, software, and connectivity.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, user account setup, and tool configuration.Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.Manage user permissions and access control for tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies.Support VPN, endpoint security, and multi-factor authentication deployment.Implement best practices for IT security to protect sensitive data.Regularly conduct audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
