Job OverviewThe Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management: Manage the intricacies of rentals, claims, repairs, and workshop activities with utmost efficiency and accuracy.Customer Service: Provide timely customer service, booking fulfillment, and fleet utilization to meet the evolving needs of our clients.Claims Handling: Oversee the entire process of claims handling and insurer communication, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.Workshop Efficiency: Monitor and review workshop jobs, parts, and repair quality to maintain high standards of excellence.Leadership & Team ManagementTeam Leadership: Lead internal teams in India and Australia, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), task completion, and staff discipline to ensure alignment with company goals.Staff Development: Resolve staffing issues, performance gaps, and operational bottlenecks through proactive intervention and support.Financial & ReportingFinancial Oversight: Review daily performance numbers, pending claims, bookings, and expenses to make informed decisions.Invoice Approval: Approve invoices, workshop bills, and supplier payments in a timely manner to maintain cash flow.Reporting: Prepare and submit reports directly to senior management, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Process ImprovementSOP Development: Build and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across rentals, claims, and workshop functions to streamline processes.Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce operational costs through innovative solutions and workflow automation.System Integration: Introduce new systems, tools, and workflow automation to enhance productivity and minimize errors.Strategic SupportManagement Meetings: Attend critical management meetings to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.Internal Liaison: Serve as a bridge between senior management and teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Confidential Matters: Take responsibility for sensitive and confidential matters, upholding the highest standards of integrity and discretion.
