As a Senior Product Designer at CYGNVS, you’ll play a key role in shaping and enhancing our core digital experiences. We’re seeking creative professionals with 12+ years of experience who can take ownership of the entire design process from user research and conceptualization to prototyping, implementation support, and usability testing.You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that elevate both functionality and aesthetics.Role- Senior Product Designer Experience-12 + yearsWork Mode-Hybrid (Chennai)Role OverviewAs a Designer at CYGNVS, you will be responsible for delivering world-class user experiences across our mobile applications. You will work closely with the mobile product team in Chennai and collaborate with other stakeholders, globally.Our mobile applications are at the core of our business strategy, making this role critical to ensuring our users have intuitive, efficient, and engaging experience. Your contributions will have a visible and meaningful impact on both our users and the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the end-to-end user experience for mobile applications, including user interactions, UI flows, information architecture, and visual design.Lead discovery activities and conduct user research studies to inform product direction and design decisions.Collaborate with global mobile and web development teams to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs with clear documentation and design specifications.Support development teams by addressing design-related queries and incorporating their feedback into design iterations.Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.Utilize and contribute to Design Systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and design efficiency across platforms.Leverage data, usability testing, and analytics to evaluate and iterate on design solutions.Skills & CompetenciesPrimary design tools used at CYGNVS: Figma and FigJam for design, prototyping, and collaboration.Optional exposure to AI tools for design and rapid prototyping (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, Replit) not mandatory but a plus.12+ years of professional experience in Product Design / UX / UI.Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and align cross-functional teams around a unified design vision.Strong expertise in Design Systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across web and mobile platforms.I am proficient in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Basic understanding of front-end development processes (HTML, CSS, or React Native knowledge is a plus).Why Join UsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for continuous career growth and development.A dynamic, enjoyable work environment that recognizes and celebrates exceptional work.Straightforward and transparent policies.
