Dynamics Software Developer Specialist

Seeking a seasoned software developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead the development and maintenance of our CRM solution across the entire group.As a key member of the Global ITM Application Team, you will play a pivotal role in the entire development cycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and deployment.Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet business requirements.Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business processes, and plugins.Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.We offer:A competitive compensation package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.A chance to work on challenging projects and contribute to the company's success.The ideal candidate should possess:A solid background in software development, with at least five years of experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development.Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization capabilities.Experience with Dynamics CRM integration using RESTful APIs and web services.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions.Experience with Dual-write for integrating Dynamics 365 applications with Common Data Service.Experience with Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation and integration.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Please note that we do not require prior experience with Azure services or cloud-based solutions.
