UniCreds - An education loan platform. By partnering with the top lenders globally, we aim to assist students in acquiring the most competitive education loans at attractive interest rates.
UniScholars- An end-to-end personalised counselling platform for students. We are an integrated platform that addresses student needs right from the start of their journey till the end.
Location - Mumbai
Responsibilities:-
* Lead strategy for UniAcco, UniCreds, and UniScholars
* Shape the future of student accommodation, education loans, and study abroad counselling.
* Empower Indian students to access global education.
Product Strategy Development:
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy for UniAcco, UniCreds, and UniScholars, aligning with the company’s mission to empower Indian students to access global education.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, particularly in the EdTech and FinTech sectors.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish product roadmaps that drive growth, enhance user experiences, and achieve business goals.
Product Leadership and Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands.
- Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers to execute product strategies and deliver on key milestones.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment on product goals and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilise data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions about product features, improvements, and prioritisation.
- Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor product performance, user engagement, and overall impact on the business.
Market Expansion and Innovation:
- Drive product innovation that supports the expansion of ASL’s offerings in international education markets.
- Explore and evaluate new product opportunities, partnerships, and technologies that enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering an environment that encourages growth, creativity, and excellence.
- Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and professional development plans for team members.
- Champion a user-centred design approach, ensuring that the team prioritises the needs and experiences of students in all product decisions.
Skills Required:-
* 8+ years in Product Management (EdTech/FinTech experience is a plus)
* Proven track record with multiple product lines
* Strong understanding of international education markets
* Data-driven decision-making skills
