Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality user interfaces for our products. Your primary duties will include participating in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather and document business requirements, defining and designing wireframing and UI for client applications and in-house products, and collaborating with other developers to enable the integration of UI to .NET/Web applications.In this role, you will work closely with our team of technical specialists to deliver cutting-edge user experiences. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Flash/Flex, to create stunning visual designs. Additionally, you will use your knowledge of responsive web design to ensure that our applications are accessible on multiple screen sizes and devices.You will also be responsible for conducting usability testing to identify and fix UI issues, gathering real-world intelligence from target users, and using visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:At least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application DeveloperAt least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applicationsTechnical Skills:Mastery of hand-on design and development using C#.NETProficiency with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patternsExperience using jQuery, Client Object Model, Service-Oriented Architecture, and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)Soft Skills:Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesAnalytical and proven problem-solving skillsHigh Emotional IQEmbraces challengesTeam-orientation rather than an individual contributorBenefitsHiring now for immediate startSalary: Competitive base and bonus determined by level and experienceBenefits: Healthcare, relocation, vacation, holidaysOther RequirementsPlease note that a basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds is highly desirable.
