Let's build it together.Job Description:As an Entity Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all entities within the organization are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. This includes but not limited to Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment Act.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all entities within the organization are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.Provide expert advice to stakeholders on compliance matters, including corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks, and recommend corrective actions as needed.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters, including corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Company Secretary with 2-4 years of experienceProven experience in corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment lawsStrong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment ActAbility to provide expert advice to stakeholders on compliance mattersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risksRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment ActGood understanding of entity structuring, including holding companies, subsidiaries, and joint venturesLeadership skills, including ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risksBenefits:This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
