We're seeking an experienced Consultant Dermatologist with a passion for cutting-edge technology to help build this venture from the ground up. About the Role The Clinic Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth front desk operations. This role involves managing appointments for skin, hair, body slimming, and laser treatments, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly and provide information about skin, hair, body, and laser services. Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally. Appointment Scheduling: Book and confirm appointments for dermatology, cosmetology, slimming, and laser treatments. Coordinate with therapists and technicians to manage daily schedules efficiently. Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area. Handle billing, payments, and product sales (skincare, hair care, slimming packages). Administrative Duties: Register new clients and update records in clinic management software. Ensure confidentiality of client information and compliance with clinic protocols. Customer Experience: Assist clients with pre-treatment instructions and post-treatment care guidelines. Manage feedback and escalate concerns to the Clinic Manager when necessary. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or healthcare administration preferred. Prior experience in a beauty, wellness, or medical clinic setting is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Personal Attributes Friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
