Our Financial Services team is seeking a skilled Accountant to provide expert bookkeeping and management accounting support to our clients.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in financial software such as QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Zoho Books, understands U.S. accounting principles, and can independently manage multiple client files.This role requires someone who is confident managing client communication and delivering accurate, timely financial outputs.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the accuracy of financial records in QuickBooks (QBO/QBD) and Zoho BooksManage and post journal entries, accruals, amortization, and fixed assetsPerform bank, credit card, loan, merchant, and intercompany reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger and chart of accounts per industry normsProcess accounts payable, receivables, and assist with payroll postingsPrepare monthly/quarterly financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs ActualPerform variance analysis and prepare KPI/management dashboardsMaintain and update cash flow forecasts and budget modelsAs an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing expert advice to our clients.
