We are looking for a startup-minded Senior Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in B2B software sales, with a strong background in technology integrations and a proven ability to close deals that drive substantial revenue growth. As an AE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, acquiring new clients, and fostering long-term relationships.

This role directly reports to the founders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and target potential clients across various industries such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, and manufacturing.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
• Engage with key decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Digital Transformation Officers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Pre-Sales Engineers to scope projects and provide technical insights during the sales process.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the founders.

What it takes:

• Minimum of 5 years in B2B Software/Consulting sales, preferably within bespoke/custom software development, technology integrations, cloud platforms, or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, API integrations, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and/or Workato, AutomationAnywhere.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
