Product Development Intern

SwayamWhere is a modern, values-aligned matrimony brand. As a Product Intern, you'll turn user insights into clear flows and lightweight MVPs. Success looks like crisp problem statements, fast iterations, and measurable impact. This role partners closely with Design, Marketing, and Founders; strong performers receive PPO with ESOPs after the 6-month internship.ResponsibilitiesTranslate user problems into PRDs, wireframes, and click-through prototypes (Figma).Map user journeys, edge cases, and acceptance criteria; keep scope tight.Run lean user research: quick interviews, feedback calls, and usability tests.Ship 0→1 experiments with engineering/design; document in Notion.Track outcomes (activation, retention proxies, qualitative signals) in Sheets/GA/Amplitude.Communicate progress with clear async updates and demo reviews.QualificationsStrong written communication; structured thinking; bias to ship.Basic Figma (autolayout, components, prototyping) and Notion/Docs hygiene.Comfort with user research and synthesizing insights.Bonus: analytics basics (funnels, cohorts), SQL/Sheets chops.Curious, respectful collaborator; open to feedback.What success looks like (30/60/90)30: You've shipped a small flow improvement with measurable lift.60: You own a scoped problem area with a research → prototype → test loop.90: You've shipped an MVP and a follow-up iteration with learnings documented.How this role fitsYou're the connective tissue between users, design, and founders—keeping us honest about problems worth solving and solutions that are simple and respectful.Employment type Unpaid Internship (full-time or 15–25 hrs/wk), Location Remote (India)Growth 6-month internship → PPO with ESOPs on conversionApply Link: https://www.swayamwhere.com/form/product-interns-join-the-swayamwhere-launch-crew
