Job Description Team Overview:Our Analytics Team is integral to the development and maintenance of robust data pipelines, semantic layers, and data applications. This team is responsible for constructing and refining data pipelines that ensure the efficient flow and transformation of data across the organization. By focusing on building and optimizing semantic layers, the team enhances data accessibility and usability, enabling more insightful and accurate analytics.The team also plays a crucial role in developing data applications that leverage these pipelines and semantic layers, providing powerful tools for data analysis and decision-making. With a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, the Analytics Team is dedicated to delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet the evolving data needs of the organization.What you get to do in this role:Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needsContribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suiteBe a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing Qualifications To be successful in this role you have:Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.Experience in using Al productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc. is a plus or nice to have8 to 12 years of proven track record in building data pipelines, Analytical content including metrics , KPIs and DashboardsData modeling and knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, WorkdaFamiliarity with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Kafka, MuleSoft).Understanding of analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and how they integrate into workflow solutions.Hands-on software development experience, with deep expertise in Java, Python and modern enterprise application design is a plus or nice to have skills. Experience working with ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms (preferred). Cloud-native architectures, containerized applications, and CI/CD practices is a plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills.
