Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at GoGypsie Travels in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company's services, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer queries. The role will also involve maintaining call records and meeting call targets.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Attention to detail and active listening skills
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Minimum of a high school diploma
