We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India.

Under training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) (Germany based) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for: enthusiastic, motivated and interested Chef De Partie (Baking and Pastry) who have interest and experience in baking (breads, pastries etc). We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start up with you.

We believe in blending the best of both cultures and creating a productive, fair, safe & fun work environment for our Fam We value you and take topics such as mental well-being, overtime compensations and growth - very much seriously and to heart.

Here is what you should bring to the table, or shall I rather say oven:

3-4 years experience in a professional kitchen
Flexible in diverse working hours (morning and late evening shifts)
Excited to work with a unique start up
Honest & punctual
Eager to learn and expand knowledge
Receptive to be trained from the Senior Head Chef Anton from Germany & explore new German dishes (annually 2-4 times)
Good experience with dough and baking
Hard working
Maintenances of hygienic protocols of the baking studio & kitchen
Able to take up responsibilities and swiftly handle them
Not afraid to voice out challenges or ask for support
Interested in helping out in tasks in the Kitchen and Baking space with an open mind of us being a small start-up
Being in for the long run with the intention to grow through us and with us, long term
Swift in learning new recipes
Someone seeking to be part of an international team and new learnings in your craft
