We are looking for Talent Advisor who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring Executive-level candidates for various positions within the organization


Location - Noida

Exp - 2-5yrs


** Preferred: MBA from Tier1/Tier2


Responsibilities :


- Play a hands on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent internally / external, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements on-time.


- Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency.


- Become key contact point for TA stakeholders and HR contacts for recruitment, sourcing or strategy


- Develop strategy to build internal recruitment capabilities


- Market Mapping and strategic approach towards mapping skills (Generic/Niche) in the market


As a successful candidate you must have :


  • 2-5 yrs of proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role
  • Strong knowledge of executive hiring processes and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders
