Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Management Consultants to join our team for a Cost Optimization project, with a specific focus on Finance and HR functions. The consultants will be responsible for analysing data related to people, processes, and technology, recommending initiatives to realize cost benefits for our client, and driving change management activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to create impactful presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis : Analyse data related to people, processes, and technology within the Finance and HR functions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Recommendations : Develop and recommend initiatives to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
Change Management : Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. This includes organizational restructuring, user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
Reporting : Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the client.
Data Management : Manage and organize data effectively using Excel and other relevant tools.
Client Interaction : Engage with client stakeholders to understand their needs, present findings, and discuss recommendations.
Documentation : Document processes, findings, and recommendations thoroughly.
Training and Support : Develop and conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption of new processes and technologies.
Monitor and Report : Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Education : MBA or equivalent in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, specifically in cost optimization projects.
Proven experience in Finance or HR functions is highly preferred.
Experience in change management, including organizational restructuring and user adoption.
Skills :
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Attributes
Relevant experience in cost optimization and change management engagements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
