Video Conference Engineer

As a Video Conference Engineer II at CBTS, you will be responsible for aiding in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions, with a special focus on Android-based environments. You will leverage your engineering and architectural expertise to enhance our collaboration capabilities and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.

• 4 to 7 years’ - Aiding in Design and implement Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions with a focus on Android-based

• Provide architectural guidance and support for AV systems integration and deployment.

• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking components related to Teams Rooms and web

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure interoperability and effective use of communication technologies.

• Ability to read construction diagrams and as built drawings

• Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities

• 4 to 7 Years experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven experience in Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment, particularly with Android systems.

• Proficient in web conferencing solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and Zoom.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Advanced certifications in Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV systems, or related technologies.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT teams

• Skilled at mentoring junior team members to grow technical and process knowledge

• Experience with other collaboration tools and platforms.
