The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Team Leader to spearhead our revenue growth
initiatives and lead a high-performing sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to
make a significant impact in the EdTech sector while working with cutting-edge educational
solutions.

Drive and inspire a high-performing sales team of 15-20 members to exceed targets
and foster a culture of excellence
Architect and execute innovative sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
Design and implement data-driven performance metrics through sophisticated KRAs
and KPIs
Provide transformational leadership through personalized coaching and mentoring
Forge and nurture strategic client relationships while managing premium accounts
Conduct advanced sales analytics and create actionable insights from complex data
Orchestrate seamless collaboration between sales and other departments
Leverage modern CRM tools to optimize sales processes and reporting
Lead engaging team meetings and conduct comprehensive performance reviews
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in EdTech sales, with
demonstrable success records
Track record of successfully managing and scaling teams of 15+ members
Expert-level proficiency in contemporary CRM tools and sales management
platforms
Advanced data analysis and management capabilities
Exceptional leadership acumen with proven team development success
Outstanding strategic communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and tracking sophisticated KRAs and KPIs
