If you thrive on taking ownership, have a passion for learning and enjoy challenging the status quo, we want to hear from youJob Description:- Should have worked in complex manufacturing environment.- 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry (preferably in Electronic Manufacturing )- Good technical expertise in accounting principles, cost management and COGS tracking- Should be able to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.- Act as a Business Finance partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business teams.- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Track record of driving process improvements and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.- SCM finance manager who is having very good working knowledge in SAP/Similar ERP.- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Kannada is desirable .- Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain finance preferred.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience: years- Education: CMA/MBA/CA/BE with production engineering or similar qualificationDiversity and Inclusion Statement:- Tejas Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
