The Vibrant Group India is seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a robust understanding of the real estate development sector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing meaningful client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. We’re looking for someone who can effectively identify client needs, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to our team’s overall growth.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales, specifically in the real estate development market
•⁠ ⁠Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, buyer preferences, and the sales lifecycle
•⁠ ⁠Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and relationship building
•⁠ ⁠Sales Techniques: Proven ability to apply advanced sales and negotiation techniques to close high-value deals

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients, converting leads into actionable sales opportunities
•⁠ ⁠Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns
•⁠ ⁠Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, with regular reporting on progress
•⁠ ⁠Market Intelligence: Provide insights on client demands, competitor strategies, and industry trends to inform sales tactics and marketing efforts
•⁠ ⁠Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and project teams to align on client objectives and project timelines
