System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
Process Optimization: Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to streamline material management processes and improve efficiency.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to use the SAP MM system effectively.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Address and resolve system issues and errors related to SAP MM including performance optimization and root cause analysis.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and user guides to support ongoing system maintenance and knowledge sharing.
Project Management: Lead or participate in SAP MM projects including planning execution testing and golive support ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. SAP certification in MM is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of X years of experience working with SAP MM including handson experience with configuration implementation and support.
Skills: Strong understanding of SAP MM functionality including procurement inventory management and material valuation. Proficiency in SAP configuration ABAP debugging and integration with other SAP modules.
Analytical Abilities: Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Project Management: Experience with SAP project methodologies and tools and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services. Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls to introduce our IT solutions and services. Identify decision-makers within organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs. Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, either in-person or virtually, to understand their IT requirements and present our solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed. Lead Generation: Need to generate new prospects
