Successfully onboard corporate entities onto the DealsPlus platform by reviewing and validating client-provided data sets through various legal documents, identifying inconsistencies or errors, and conducting thorough checks and verification processes.Ensure comprehensive understanding of complex financial data sets.Analyze and validate data provided by clients through meticulous reviews of legal documents.Flag any discrepancies or errors within reviewed data sets.Supporting Customers:Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing dedicated support for Q&A and feedback sessions to ensure long-term success.Establish strong relationships with customers through direct communication and proactive feedback solicitation.Offer continued assistance after initial onboarding to foster lasting business partnerships.Key Qualifications:Seek a highly motivated and team-oriented individual who is passionate about driving key objectives and committed to realizing the company's vision.Demonstrate eagerness to be part of an early-employee project from inception.Display openness to learn and understand evolving customer needs.Effectively problem-solve independently and identify innovative solutions.Requirements:Qualified candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in accounting and/or CoSec/Legal backgrounds.Hold a qualified company secretary or chartered accountant certification from the UK or India.Ability to read and comprehend complex legal agreements, extracting essential information.Exemplary spoken and written English skills.Accomplish tasks efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
