AI Innovation RoleThis is a key opportunity to design, develop and implement leading-edge generative AI models and systems.Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality clinically relevant texts while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products that reshape healthcare industries and user experiences.This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks and generative modeling techniques.To be successful, you should have hands-on experience in contemporary AI including training generative AI models, improving pre-trained models and evaluating these models.You should also have specialized expertise in model fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and large language model (LLM) tool use.Apart from this, proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI is required.You must be able to collaborate with software engineers to integrate generative models into production systems ensuring scalability, reliability and efficiency of deployed models.Data visualization approaches and keen eye for detail in visual communication of findings are highly desirable skills.Responsibilities:Develop new LLMs for medical imaging.Implement methods that improve training efficiency and extend or improve LLM capabilities, reliability and safety in image-to-text generation using medical data.Perform data preprocessing, indexing and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Stay up-to-date with research literature and think beyond the state of the art to address user needs.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in quantitative field such as Computer Science or Data ScienceTo apply send your CV at hr@telerapps.com.
