Job Title: Data Migration SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Migration Specialist. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing complex data migrations.Key Responsibilities:Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations using various tools and technologies.Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using DBT, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.Bidstcpree transformation and modeling knowledge to build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies).Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.Requirements:Migration experience is essential; you should have enough experience to work autonomously.Intelligence and analytical skills are required to tackle complex problems.You prefer fewer meetings with high-quality, rapid alignment and then focus time to deliver your tasks.You enjoy the unknown and can hack your way through migrations, gain an understanding of data models as you go, and deliver projects through repeated trial and error.You want to work harder than average in return for equity greater than average.Benefits:Competitive salary.The opportunity to work with experienced founders.Location:We are a remote-first company with a preference for candidates in similar time zones.
