Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Construction Professional to oversee daily site activities and ensure that project works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth progress of work.Execute construction projects in accordance with technical specifications, method statements, and quality control measures.Develop daily and weekly work schedules, manpower, and material requirements in coordination with project engineers.Monitor and optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve timely project completion.Verify levels, alignments, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work to ensure quality standards.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and industry regulations.Prepare and submit detailed Project Progress Reports (PPRs) and other site documentation to the Senior Engineer or Project Manager.Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and engineers to resolve site issues and maintain productivity.Plan and report material requirements based on project targets; monitor usage and minimize wastage.Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing proper housekeeping, safety measures, and PPE compliance at all times.Support junior supervisors and foremen for efficient site operations.Report site issues, delays, or non-conformities promptly to the Project Engineer/Manager.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Site Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal project outcomes.Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project outcomes.Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify and mitigate potential risks, addressing any site-related issues or challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
