Network Development Engineer RoleAs a Network Development Engineer, you will play a key role in our organization's success by designing, building, and maintaining network systems that support our business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in the design and architecture of network solutions, leading and supporting network build, upgrade, and migration projects, implementing, maintaining, and supporting cloud-based Network SaaS components, and collaborating with program and project managers to define milestones, deliverables, and execution plans.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement network solutions that meet business requirementsLead and support network build, upgrade, and migration projectsImplement, maintain, and support cloud-based Network SaaS componentsCollaborate with program and project managers to define milestones, deliverables, and execution plansDevelop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline network operationsParticipate in on-call rotations and provide break-fix support during network eventsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent hands-on experience in large-scale network environments4+ years of professional experience supporting carrier-grade, IP-based ISP, web-scale, on-premises datacenter, and cloud-provider network infrastructuresAdvanced-level expertise with multiple network operating systems, including Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and TMOSStrong operational knowledge of internet routing protocols and core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, BGP, iBGP, EGP, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, Anycast, RHI, and route reflectionProficiency in network automation and DevOps practices, with experience using tools and languages such as Python, Ansible, Chef, Docker, Terraform, Perl, JavaScript, JSON, REST, iControl, Bash, YAML, XML, and iControlRestExperience supporting cloud environments across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and LBaaS offeringsAdvanced experience in capacity planning, traffic engineering, and performance optimization for large-scale networksBenefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and projectsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesOthers:We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidatesWe offer flexible working arrangements and remote work optionsWe prioritize employee well-being and provide access to mental health resources and employee assistance programs
