About this role: CloudLabs Inc is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR operations across global locations. The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage teams in a global IT setup.Expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and process orientation.Ability to manage teams in a global IT setup.Key Responsibilities:Oversee employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit.Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data.Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates.Employee Experience & Engagement:Drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives.Build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.Performance & Policy Management:Driving yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles, and policy updates.Establish an employee grievance process and sustain it by seamless execution.Reporting & Analytics:Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities.Support leadership with data insights for strategic decisions.Stakeholder Management:Partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency.Manage stakeholder communication and resolve HR queries proactively.Additional Responsibilities:Serve as HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives.Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums.Should have the HR tools knowledge of Greythr and SmartsheetOversee the travel arrangements and ensure the timely delivery of the team member.Requirements:Master's in HR / Business Administration or related field.10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team.Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices.Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.
