Onboarding Specialist - HR GeneralistWe are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for consultants and internal hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for consultants and internal hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Maintain compliance with client requirements, federal/state labor laws, and immigration documentation.Handle HR operations including document collection, background verification coordination, and new hire orientation.Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and client teams during onboarding.Track consultant start dates, manage onboarding trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.Support audits and maintain accurate documentation for all onboarding and HR activities.Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with expertise in onboarding, HR generalist functions, and excellent communication skills.
